Creating a Healthy Communication With You And Your Healthcare Team

You'd think that since your loved one has a family doctor, neurologist or specialist that they would communicate with each other, i recently learned that's not always the case. As a parent and or caregiver to my daughter with Epilepsy, i want to say that if your child has a Chronic or invisible illness, disability, it's up to you to keep on top of this , kind of like a quarterback runs a football team , it's up to you to keep things in motion .
