I've decided to do a caregiver website blog as , our voices need to be heard  ! 

Throughout these website pages , i talk about Epilepsy Awareness,  Photosensitivity Epilepsy,  Sudep - Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy,  Anxiety , Depression , Seizure first aid and more topics .

* Please Note : i do not get paid when I'm asked if I'd like to share my thoughts; whether i do interviews by phone, telephone radio interviews , podcasts ,and writing for others, it's all volunteer!*   i am truly grateful for every opportunity. 

* i try to use my voice to help raise awareness wherever i can because,  if we are silent, who will hear us ?

My hope is to ;

• Help you to hopefully 'be brave enough to start a conversation that matters !'
